75mm HDPE Pipe PE100 PN6 50m

Quote 75mm PE100 PN6 as a 50m coil (SDR26) from Alberton. Compression is common. Confirm the datasheet, then request a quote.

This SKU is 75mm OD PE100, catalogue class PN6 / SDR26, supplied as a 50m coil. It is not a 6m stick and it is not the 110mm PN8 coil.

75mm PN6 coil is the size many crews use for building connections, irrigation laterals, and small-bore services where a long coil beats a pack of sticks. The thin PN6 wall is why it coils tightly and why it marks and ovalises if it is stacked under heavier pipe or pulled around a sharp corner. Give the coil time to recover, keep sand out of the bore, and do not force an oval end into a compression fitting.

Compression fittings are the usual joint at 75mm when the manufacturer range and the approved spec allow them. That is the practical difference from 160mm-plus sticks, which live in the fusion world. Electrofusion still applies for saddles and specified couplers. See HDPE high pressure and electrofusion. For coil mass and transport, start with the HDPE pipe weight chart and confirm the manufacturer datasheet.

Pricing is on enquiry. Ask for the 50m coil, PN6/SDR26, coil quantity, and the fitting method. Contact the Alberton desk with the project spec.

Questions we hear often

Is 75mm PN6 supplied as a 50m coil?
Yes. This SKU is a 50m coil, not a 6m stick. Confirm coil count and whether you also need compression fittings or fused joints on the same quote.
Why be careful with PN6 wall on a 75mm coil?
PN6 / SDR26 is a thinner wall than PN8 or PN10 at the same OD. It coils easily and also ovalises and kinks more readily. Protect the coil in storage and check roundness before jointing.
Is compression the usual joint on 75mm PE100?
Compression is the common joint on 75mm services when the fitting range and the spec allow it. Electrofusion is used where the procedure requires a fused joint. Confirm which method the drawing calls for.
