200mm HDPE Pipe PE100 PN6 6m

This SKU is 200mm OD PE100, catalogue class PN6 / SDR26, cut as 6m straight lengths. Same family as the 160mm PN6 stick, different handling and jointing reality.

A 200mm x 6m length is longer in the machine, heavier to string, and less forgiving if the crew tries to manhandle it like a 110mm coil. Plan the offload: forklift or suitable slings, timber bearers, and a laydown that does not ovalise the ends. Check planning mass on the HDPE pipe weight chart, then confirm kilograms per metre on the manufacturer datasheet. PN6 is still a thin wall; gouges and point loads matter.

Jointing at 200mm is almost always fusion. Butt fusion suits straight runs if the crew has alignment space and a machine whose clamp range covers 200mm. Electrofusion couplers at this OD are bulky, need scrape-and-clamp discipline, and draw more generator capacity than a 110mm service joint. Compression fittings are not the usual answer here.
