How collection, delivery, and returns work for wholesale orders from our Alberton branch.
Branch collection
Collection from HDPE Plumbing & Trading at 4 Rivett Carnett Street, Alrode South, Alberton, Gauteng is free once stock is confirmed and your order is ready. Typical preparation time is the same day to two business days, depending on order size and stock.
Delivery
We deliver to contractors, civils teams, and merchants across Gauteng and nationally. Delivery charges and lead times depend on destination, order size, site access, and scheduling. Ask for a delivery quote when you send your bill of materials — we do not publish a flat courier rate because freight for pipe, fittings, and valves varies widely.
Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned to the branch within 7 days of collection or delivery if the items were supplied in error or are defective. Bring your invoice or delivery note. Cut pipe, custom or special-order items, and goods that have been installed or damaged after leaving our branch are not returnable. Approved returns for defective or incorrectly supplied stock are free of restocking fees when returned in store.
