Revision 2026-09 · Updated 15 September 2026. 4 Rivett Carnett Street, Alrode South, Alberton.
Contractors and merchants still search for a valves PDF they can drop into a tender file. The old WooCommerce catalogues 301 here so that intent lands on a first-party pack we maintain, not a supplier reprint and not a 1,258 SKU dump.
Use this page in the browser, or open the PDF. Both describe families we quote, what to send, and which hub to keep using for ranking and specification notes. Prices, stock counts, and SABS edition numbers are not printed here. Ask the branch what is in the current range for the size you need.
This is not a price list
- Live ZAR, Pastel list prices, or a public /pricelist dump
- A full catalogue of every valve SKU on the website
- A reprint of Alpine, Tegsa, or other supplier PDFs
- Certificate numbers, SABS edition years, or fire-listing claims we have not evidenced on the datasheet you attach
Valve families we quote
Families, not a SKU dump. Ask the branch which sizes are in the current range. The industrial valves hub keeps the specification notes; this pack is the takeaway for the site file.
-
Socketed resilient seated gate valves (RSV)
Ends: PE socket. Dual millimetre call-out such as 100-110mm (DN100 waterworks / 110mm PE OD).
Commonly specified with SABS 664 language on municipal and civils water packs. Treat that as tender language to confirm with the engineer (edition, PN or class, mark). Worked example: 100-110mm socketed RSV product page. Ask the branch which other OD pairs are in the current range.
-
Flanged resilient seated gate valves
Ends: Flanged. Confirm drilling and face-to-face against the chamber, not from a photo of the handwheel.
Quoted with PN or class as specified. Cap top or handwheel, closing direction, and coating sit on the datasheet. Do not assume a handwheel is included.
-
Swing check / non-return valves
Ends: Usually flanged on waterworks sizes. Confirm face-to-face and whether a non-slam pattern is required.
Send media and whether the line is potable water, process water, or drainage duty. A 110mm lockable drainage check is a different family to a flanged waterworks swing check.
-
Y-strainers
Ends: Flanged on the sizes we quote most often. Confirm mesh and blow-down needs on the enquiry.
Pair with the isolation valve on the same line so faces and class match. We do not invent a mesh from a photo.
-
Lever ball, brass, and PVC isolation
Ends: Threaded, lever, or PVC-pattern ends as specified. Not a PE-socket RSV substitute.
Quoted when the pattern is in the current range. Name the material and duty. Old PVC-valve PDFs 301 to this lander; they are not a live list.
-
Pressure reducing valves
Ends: Confirm inlet/outlet size, set pressure, and whether the line is potable.
Send upstream and downstream pressure notes. We will not guess a set point from a chamber photo.
-
Control valves and accessories
Ends: As specified on the control drawing. Not a stocked catalogue dump on this pack.
Send the control spec, power or pilot notes, and companion accessories. We quote from that spec when the line is in range. We do not reprint a supplier control-valve book.
-
Companion hardware
Ends: Gaskets, bolts, and RSV handwheels quoted with the valve when you ask.
Name DN, flange standard, and whether the operator is cap or handwheel. Coupling and dismantling-joint enquiries go to the high-pressure desk, not this valves PDF.
What to send for a quote
- DN / NPS and whether ends are flanged, threaded, wafer, or PE-socketed (include PE OD)
- PN or class, and flange drilling if it is not your usual default
- Face-to-face or a measured chamber gap, including any dismantling allowance
- Media and temperature (potable water, process water, air, or something else)
- Operator: cap top or handwheel; closing direction if the spec names it
- Actuation if any (manual, lever, gear, pneumatic, electric) plus power notes
- Quantity, collection vs delivery, and the project or merchant account name
Photos of nameplates help. Photos alone are not a spec. We echo assumptions in writing so the engineer can bless or correct them.
