Buyers searching for a 355mm HDPE pipe price usually need more than a single number. At this diameter, the pressure class, SDR, supplied length, delivery plan and jointing method all change the quote. A useful enquiry therefore starts with the pipe duty and project specification, not only the outside diameter.

Where 355mm HDPE pipe is commonly specified
355mm is a large-bore outside diameter used on projects where flow, durability and joint integrity matter. Typical enquiries relate to bulk-water transfer, municipal or estate reticulation, mine and industrial water services, irrigation mains and civil infrastructure.
The application does not determine the pipe class by itself. Design pressure, surge allowance, temperature, fluid, burial conditions and the project standard still need to be confirmed by the responsible engineer.
SDR and PN must be stated together
SDR describes the relationship between outside diameter and wall thickness. A lower SDR represents a thicker wall for the same outside diameter. PN is the nominal pressure class under the conditions defined by the applicable product standard.

Treat those combinations as catalogue identifiers, then confirm the exact pipe datasheet and temperature assumptions for the job. Why a 355mm HDPE pipe price is quoted
The public catalogue uses On enquiry because a fixed web price can be misleading. A current quote may vary with:
- SDR and PN class;
- straight length, coil availability or project-specific supply format;
- total quantity and release schedule;
- manufacturer availability and production lead time;
- polymer feedstock and exchange-rate movement;
- delivery distance, off-loading constraints and site access;
- fittings, flanges and jointing equipment included with the pipe.
That is why two requests for “355mm HDPE pipe” can produce different totals even when both are genuine PE100 enquiries.
Information to send for an accurate quote
Attach the relevant drawing, pipe schedule or bill of materials where possible. At minimum, include:

Plan the jointing package with the pipe
